Pairing: Christine x sibling!reader, Christine ten Erik (Phantom)

*This is sort of a sequel to my previous HC for Christine x sibling!reader. The first HC - Christine and sibling

"We should get a few extra, for Erik." Christine says, giving you a smile as the ii of yous make up one's mind on which croissants to buy. "He wanted to testify us his latest composition and see how you are coming with your lessons."

Yous grin. "Parfaite (perfect)!"

"Let's go, monday petit oiseau (my little bird)." She says, the bag of croissants in hand. The 2 of you lot joyfully make your way to the small, mostly hidden door in a small alley, leading to the labyrinth of corridors underneath the opera house.

After a few minutes of twists and turns, the two of you are in Erik'south domain. Loud, angry music greets the two of you as you do.

"Mon fantôme!" Christine calls, flitting upwards the rock steps and to Erik's side. She presses a kiss to his cheek in greeting.

"Ah, mon ange (my affections) and petit oiseau (little bird)." Erik says, his fingers falling from the keys every bit he turns around dramatically.

Christine hands him the small paper bag with croissants. "For you, flirtation."

Erik takes them with a grinning. "Merci (give thanks you)." He turns to yous.

"Petit oiseau (little bird), show me what you lot've learned. I desire to meet how far your skills have come." He says, gesturing a hand towards the organ.

You grin. "Why of course, ange de la musique (angel of music)." You make your manner to the organ, fingers already itching to dance across the keys. "Alright, here you go ange de la musique (angel of music)."

And with that, you let your fingers fly beyond the keys, the music thundering from the organ.

I'm merely going to say it.

I dear Phantom of the Opera and starting to love Love Never Dies (fifty-fifty though it's a huge mess.)

I'm so sad for Raoul. He lost his wife and son in one day. He had a lot of problems and I'm sure everyone of them is because of Erik. But I also sympathise that if he had had his stuff together there would have been no question nigh whom Christine had chosen.

Okay folks I just finished watching Honey Never Dies and my mind simply decided that I haven't cried plenty so let'south talk about this: Lucifer x Chloe from Lucifer are just a modern ( and healthier ) Erik 10 Christine AU and you can't change my listen.

Here's my ii cents:

even though Friction match basically always shows a man confront we all know how he really looks like underneath. Merely like the phantom he is, in a way, deformed.

the phantom is known for his violent actions, such every bit Lucifer is known for his punishments.

Match has the power of bringing people to confess their desires just using his voice, the phantom also has a seductive vox and is a ventriloquist ( these things are a bit different but it's still absurd how they both use their voices for something peculiar ).

the phantom is often called an " affections " even though he resembles, both in looks and actions, a demon. Friction match is the devil himself but let's think he is an angel earlier anything else.

nosotros all know the phantom is a music genius, and Lucifer also loves music, plays many instruments and tin can sing well.

both Friction match and the phantom detest people because they are only judged based on their image. In TPOTO it is explained that, before hiding nether the Opéra, the phantom was seen just every bit a deformed freak even though he had many marvellous talents. Lucifer is seen just every bit the Devil, the incarnation of evil, when in fact he punishes merely people who make bad choices and take bad deportment of their own free volition.

the phantom starts to really human activity as a decent human beingness ( lmao I love you @ Erik ) only thanks to Christine, Lucifer too starts to act more as a human being and really modify just subsequently meeting Chloe.

Christine and Chloe both wait upward to their expressionless fathers, who in one case where their " guides ". Also, when they grow up they both follow their paths, or at least something like: Christine becomes a singer ( her father was a violinist ) and Chloe becomes a detective just similar her dad.

okay this is kinda stupid only both the names Chloe and Christine start with Ch. Coincidence? I recall not.

the phantom thinking that Christine will never love him because of his face and Lucifer thinking the exact same thing of Chloe? Because they are both " demons " whereas Chloe and Christine are pure and cute and actual rays of sunshine? I'm non even finished yet.

furthermore, both the phantom and Friction match as well think they don't even / deserve / to be loved.

Christine runs away scared from the phantom after seeing his face for the first time just every bit Chloe is utterly shocked at the sight of Friction match's face and literally disappears for months.

considering the sequel musical canon, Christine starts to properly dearest the " human backside the monster " just every bit Chloe says she loves Lucifer in the s4 finale existence fully enlightened of who he is and how he truly looks like.

both couples gets separated in a tragic style after finally getting together.

Christine has a former lover ( Raoul ) just as Chloe does ( Daniel ) and they both deserve better.

likewise, don't try to tell me it isn't canon that Lucifer addressed Daniel as " INSOLENT BOY " and " IGNORANT FOOL " at least once.

Lucifer being the best dad everTM with Trixie, even though she'southward not his actual child but that's not important, merely like the phantom with Gustave.

I've lost count of how many times Chloe near dies while Lucifer is around. We all know how Love Never Dies ends.

concluding but not least, both couples have been through hell ( in Chloe and Lucifer's case quite literally ).
